Handmade Womens Sterling Silver Lampwork Bead Necklace Choker
This is an elegant oblong skillfully handcrafted lampwork bead that has been accented with sterling silver bali beads on each side and complimented with a simple and streamlined handcrafted round sterling silver wire collar. The lampwork bead is black with raised multicolored dots. Applying consistent dots on a bead takes great patience and skill. This collar is approximately 18-19" long. Lampwork beads are handmade one at a time with a torch and glass rods. Different layers and colors of glass are applied until the desired design is accomplished. Frit, which is small pieces of broken glass can be applied to the bead for a cool pattern of colors. After completion, the beads are then put into a high heat kiln and annealed to make the glass stable. All of Imperial Designs wire settings are handmade without the use of any glues or solder. Each setting is closely inspected in order to give you a setting that will last a LIFETIME!
